MasTec, Inc., a leader in North American infrastructure construction across key sectors like utilities and oil & gas, is seeking a seasoned Sr. Project Manager for our Industrial Construction division. This role is pivotal in leading large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. By leveraging deep industry expertise and a strategic mindset, the Sr. Project Manager will navigate complex challenges, fostering collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders to drive outstanding project results. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication strategies. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as needed. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management software and tools In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project management principles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification Knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.)
