Job Description Urology opening in TexasLocated in Nacogdoches, TXFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urologist to join private practice in Texas.Details: - New grads and practicing physicians are welcome - Partnership Track - Established practice with mentorship - Professionally managed practice and experienced staff - Robotics and specialty equipment available (Da Vinci Xi, Greenlight, ESWL) - Call 1:3 - Hospital unassigned ED call requirement of 7 days per month - compensated in addition to salary - Robust primary care referral base - 24/7 anesthesia coverage - 24/7 hospitalist service - Joining one other physician - If hospital employment is preferred - that can be considered USPI - United Surgeons Physicians International: co-owned between Tenet and Physicians - Investment opportunity for surgical specialties - Inpatient/Outpatient - Bulk of work is outpatient - Opportunity to grow inpatient - OK with non-robotically trained docs - 3-party agreement - Locums assistance available - Large Primary Care Base, Referrals - There is a County Hospital outside of the city that may close - future possibility to partner with them - 161 beds Benefits: - Guaranteed income/salary - All professional expenses included in financial package - Excellent benefits package including PTO, moving expenses, production bonus, etc. - ASC adjacent to hospital with partnership/investment options Location:Nacogdoches – the oldest town in Texas is rich with history, architecture, and culture.
